Very friendly hosts, with an amazing breakfast. The view from the balcony is picturesque. The nearby como lake is a 10 minute walk.

What a pleasant stay! The property hosts were wonderful and friendly and assisted us with parking. The rooms were comfortable and the pull down bunk beds were great for our children. Wonderful air conditioning. The breakfast was complete and everyone found parts that they loved.

Spacious, bright apartment right next to the train station (but quiet as the trains don’t run at night).. The apartment had everything you might need during your stay: bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Supermarket is a few minutes walk away as is the lake. Luca is very proactive with check in details and got in touch a few times during my stay to see if I needed anything.

Great location. Super cute place, very clean, and a great location. The train tracks are under repair, so we just walked down the hill to get the bus to visit other towns.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous furniture and a wonderful kitchen. The location was great in town, a close walk to local stores and restaurants. The view from the apartment was also super pretty. The hosts were very accommodating; we ended up checking in a day later because of travel issues and the hosts were super communicative and helpful about it. We loved our stay here.

It's a cozy place with fantastic views. There's a lovely small Dervio town nearby and with a car you can get to anywhere you need.

All the rooms were exceptionally clean and thoughtfully prepared, exactly as they should be for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, making it a great place to cook or gather. One of the highlights of the apartment is the view — not only from the kitchen, where you can enjoy it while preparing meals, but even from the bathrooms (image added), which adds an unexpected and charming touch. Overall, the space feels welcoming, tidy, and pleasantly arranged. The descent into the parking garage requires some caution when driving a larger car, but it is entirely manageable. The service from the owner was impeccable from start to finish, with immediate responses whenever anything was needed.

Wonderful place to stay at lake Como. Villa has small shared garden, so you can rest under the tree or lay down on a lawn. One bedroom apartment is quite spacious. As well possible to have additional sleeping place in main room. Kitchen has new appliances and everything what is needed to cook when it is needed. It is just 10 min walk to the lake or 5 min to train station or Coop store. Some hiking trail starts directly from villa.

Luca is a great host! He answered questions quickly and even offered to drive us places as well. The property was very big and spacious, with a beautiful view! Felt very safe and would stay here again. We do recommend renting a car if staying here as it is quite a trek to the main areas!

Clean room, good food, lovely staff

The property is at an amazing location with the most gorgeous views of the lake including from the rooms. You can literally walk out of your room to a small private beach area and swim in the lake. The staff at the hotel was most courteous and helpful with all the requests. Loved the in house restaurant and the very friendly staff, with a good breakfast spread. Absolutely recommend this quaint property away from the crowded touristy areas for a serene vacation.

Beautiful property and very comfortable room! We wish we could have stayed longer. The easy parking, lovely grounds, clean pool, air conditioning, ceiling fan, proximity to the lake, and delicious food were all appreciated!
