Amazing location in the heart of Como. Close to everything you need. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Our bathroom was very big. We did not eat breakfast there, so I can not comment on it. Staff were very helpful in arranging late night transport to the airport and storing our luggage throughout the day.

The property seemed to be new or recently renovated, which was nice. The room was exquisite, clean and quite big. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was amazing.

We had an amazing one night stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dario was an incredible host who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best weekend in Lake Como. He provided so many thoughtful recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and hidden gems in the area, and was always available if we needed anything. He genuinely cares about making his guests feel comfortable and welcome. The room was spotless, cozy, and very spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay. And the view was absolutely out of this world, we could have spent hours just taking it all in. If you're visiting Lake Como, I can't recommend staying here enough. Thank you, Dario, for making our trip so memorable!

Amazing views over Como from the room on top floor, beautiful Italian interiors in the common areas and room, clean bathroom, friendly host, cozy garden full of hydrangeas and jasmine, morning coffee and cake.

Amazing room and facilities. We had a great experience, the staff was super friendly and we even tried paddle as the hotel is part of a sport club. We had daily transfers to the city included with the parking rates so it was super practical and easy.

great location about 10 minutes walking to city center but you have to climb up the stairs so if you are coming with bus or train it can get a bit tricky. the rooms are perfect and well decorated and the hospitality is very welcoming

Great boutique hotel. Best location in Como, friendly and helpful staff everywhere, front desk, rooftop restaurant and bar, which by the way has an amazing view. Car Park and Spa services are provided in their sister hotel next door. Amazing views, location, and staff. Breakfast had an great assortment of items... and again the view, breathtaking over Lake Como with snowcapped Alps beyond. Plus wonderful restaurant on ground floor. The building has the wonderful quirks of an older italian villa, so quaint and charming, exactly what we were hoping it would be!

This location was paradise. When I first read the reviews, I thought, "How can staff make such an impact on the hotel?" Then I experienced such attentive and caring attention, and I see why people left rave reviews. They were friendly toward the children, and they had plenty of suggestions for things to do. We played at the park, swam,walked to a lookout, and went up to the lighthouse. The restaurant food was next level. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique stay above Lake Como.
