Incredible stay, wonderfully located, we really enjoyed the assi ghat boat tour. Ashok ji took very good care of us and we also tried lemon tea and chai. The staff and service is phenomenal. Gaurav at the front desk was so kind and helpful and for the in room staff Arjun, Jayaprakash and Jyoti were wonderful and spoiled us with benarasi paan. The pandit was such a kind hearted and wonderful person. Every single person was so lovely and warm. Rooms and bathrooms were very tastefully done and you could really enjoy the peaceful and bustling atmosphere in Varanasi.

A wonderful stay in a stunning historical suite, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. The food was outstanding—flavorful and memorable. Most of all, the team made the experience special through their kindness, attentiveness, and thoughtful service. Chef Sanjeev and sous chef KK, hosts Tanka, Duty Manager Kaif, service staff Vivek, Ganesh, driver Manish among others. Seema and Vinod helped keep the suite beautifully clean and fresh during our stay. Highly recommended!

Staff were very good. During Maha Kumbh they met our expectations and did everything we asked for. Cleanliness was good in the premises and rooms. The food quality was good. Overall a nice experience of staying in Taj.

The location, as advertised, is bang on the river. So, in that respect, it is a good location. However, it is very far from the nearest motorable road. You need to walk for at least a kilometre through very narrow lanes to reach there Hence, location is both good and bad

The location is unbeatable. It is situated exceptionally close to Vishwanath temple, making it easy to explore the local sights, shops, and restaurants on foot. What truly sets this hotel apart is the extraordinary hospitality of the owner - Shivendra ji. He was incredibly helpful with every request, even assisting with local transport arrangements and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Kashi Vishwanath temple.
