Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Enjoyed its location and the view of Majestic Matterhorn from the room. It’s conveniently located near stores, river- for walk and train station.

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, heated lockers in ski room, jacuzzi-pool, Matterhorn view from the room, very clean, less than 5 minute walk to the Sunnega lift, across the road from a ski rental shop

This place is way beyond beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. The location was calm and so close to the train station. Our suite had a balcony, it was very spacios and had complimentary coffee, tea, water and all toiletteries needed. With full access to swimming pool and spa. The buffet style breakfast was delicious

Well...this property is right in the middle of the town and next door to just about everything. It is beautiful and chic...old world charm. The food is great, the rooms are beautiful and it was easy to get to the gondolas for ski days. But what stood out the most were the STAFF!!! There was nothing they wouldn't do, and always went above and beyond. I would highlight especially our special friend Rachel who helped us with some personal things as well as travel. Amazing. Highly recommend this hotel :)

This hotel is superb, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were the best, with a lot of amenities, the hotel even provides coats to stay on the terrace and enjoy the Matterhorn view, we were delighted and if we are back to Zermatt we are staying here.

Beds were comfortable, but to make a queen size we had to push two twin beds together and that left a hard wooden gap in the middle... very uncomfortable .

The location to town, ski lift (glacier paradise), train station was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. For reference it was myself, husband, and 7yo.

Everything was perfect, very clean .you have all we need in the apartment. Very comfortable beds. The host answers questions quickly. The apartment is in very good location … 300m to bus shuttle for the ski lifts, 600m to the center of zermatt , 1 km to train station. Beautiful wiev of the Matterhorn in the living room

The condo was perfect for our family of three to rest after skiing. We were able to cook and enjoy movie nights. The shower is awesome and the beds are very comfortable.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very comfortable and beautiful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was probably the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved this hotel!!

Location, facilities, food, people, everything !

Everything is perfect! Peter considers every detail of arrangement. The location is at the heart of Zermatt - a stone thrown distance to get the supermarket MIGROS, E-bus station and train station. The facilities of the apartment are quite well equipped that you can easily cook meals. Moreover, we are so closed to the Matterhorn - just look out through the window or stay at the balcony, the Matterhorn is there! The view is very magnificent! Location was awesome. The apartment was spacious and clean. Our kids loved the bathtub and the kitchen was fully stocked. The host was super responsive and very easy to communicate with.
