The place is amazing! Right what we where looking for

the constant view of the lagoon, there is barely any music so you can listen to the birds and the water. rooms are big and fresh.

Very lovely hotel with a nice pool area. Just a short walk away from the center of town.

Friendly, clean, relaxing, lovely room. Nice restaurant.

I must say that Isabella hotel is my favorite hotel very new 6 months , the BEST place in Bacalar lagon front great service we had an amazing welcome with drinks great room with view in the lagoon spacious very friendly stuff PABLO great manager comfortable room and beds extra blankets free delicious breakfast and kayak close to the center very Good customer service

Rooms were very clean. Love love the decor in the room. Staff were very helpful. Boats were able to pull right up.

Fabulous small hotel in a good location to explore Bacalar. No lagoon access so be aware you have to pay for that, or find one of the few and crowded free peers. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location is great, the end of the peer with a roof is amazing to be able to lounge the whole day, the food and the cocktails were also very good. Beds were confortables, overall a great stay!

It was peaceful and secluded but still close to Centro. My room was spacious with a ver comfortable bed and everything I needed. The breakfast was perfect with fresh natural juice and the toast cake with some really good homemade jam! The lagoon is stunning and it’s the perfect pier to watch the sunrise!

Beautiful place, nice pool, good rooms, very good restaurant, every meal was super tasty! Kind owners who will help you navigate te area to see the nicest things. Close to the lake and city centre.

Great retreat on water. Very peaceful. Great staff who are very receptive.

The peace and quiet, the private lagoon access, the free kayaks and paddle boards, the different options for outdoor seating. Comfy bed and the nature and gardens. Shower was strong and hot.

The staff was good location sample to find it nice and clean
