Villa Alexandros is an enchanting place perched on top of the hill, beautifully built among the natural stone surroundings and offering stunning views of the sea. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable summer stay. The bed is very comfortable, and you can choose between air conditioning or sleeping with the door open and the mosquito net closed, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. Alexandros and his family are wonderful hosts—kind, welcoming, helpful, and always flexible when needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The area is very quiet at night, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast is homemade and different every day, with something delicious and unique to try each morning. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Best staying at this area, where you can enjoy the magical view, from the pool, located in front of your room. The lady of the house, very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend.

The most wonderful hosts who make you feel so welcome. The property is located halfway up the mountain towards the old village of Qeparo, but a short drive to the beach. You can still walk to an amazing taverna for lunch or dinner. The room has an amazing view. 10/10 would stay again.

The location was perfect. Qeparo is a quiet little seaside town. The apartment was pristine with atunning views of the ocean. Such a treat to wake up to that! The host was absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant.. Most items she made from scratch from the garden around her house. I can't say enough good things about Belvedere Adriatica.

We stayed on the property only for one weekend. The view was amazing. There was a private beach nearby, 5 minutes’ walk downstairs ( Gjiri i kendesave). The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to Qeparo Beach promenade. For couples it’s very nice place to stay. Violet - the host was exceptional, warm and very responsive. She prepared a nice breakfast and served it on the terrace, which had a beautiful view over the sea.

Villa Kostandin is a little gem in Qeparo. Great location few steps from the beach, Cozy, comfy, beautiful, clean, quiet, with a flowery courtyard. Perfect for families. And the host D was amazingly professional and helpful. Flexible with checkout timing. We asked some guidance for the way back, she showed us all details and she even followed up with us to make sure that we had arrived. A big thanks and highly recommended.

The seaside balcony view and kitchen.

An absolutely beautiful haven to stay for a few days. Just out of the centre of Himare, but a short and easy walk. The view from our room was perfect, and the hosts were wonderful and welcoming

Beach was right at my door step. The food was tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to other resturants. Easy to get to by bus and had lots of parking avaliable.
