The staff was very polite. The rooms are quaint and have just what you need, nothing more or less. The garden is stunning. It was a nice place to just sit and watch the animals after a long day. Great location too.

We loved everything about this place, it was the nicest place we stayed in while traveling Croatia. The owners were also very kind and you could see that they have a keen eye for detail, as they have thought about all the small things to make the room perfect 😊

The view from the living room was gorgeous! The pool was fabulous! The hosts were very kind and even brought us cafes and snacks each morning.

We were welcomed right away by the gracious host who went out of his way to make recommendations for our early morning visit to Plitvice. We were only at Villa Stone for a few waking hours but we were very comfortable in the spacious room (with balcony!) and would definitely stay again. Proximity to the park was perfect!

The property has a big parking lot, the staff is friendly and helpfull.

Super clean and 10 mins drive to the plitvice national park

Loved it. Great location only 7 min from the park. The pool and hot tub and sauna are a nice touch. The restaurant is good and has a nice breakfast buffet. The owner is very kind and helpful and she gave us great park advice that I didn’t find elsewhere- start at entrance 2 to go DOWN the mountain vs starting at entrance 1 and spend the day going up the mountain. Traveling w little kids I was very grateful to have that tip.

This is probably the most beautiful place I have stayed so far. The owner was very nice and welcoming, made sure we had everything we need. The place looked magical, you can tell they really put their soul and heart in maintaining everything from flowers to everything else. Room was very clean and comfortable.

A very pretty and well-kept place, highly recommended! The owner is a very nice and friendly lady, she was very forthcoming, when I came in late because I was caught up in a snow storm on the way, and the next day they even provided me with a broom to clean my car. You can park right next to the place and it's a short ride to Plitvice and Slunj/Rastoke.

The house is very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Everything is practically for usage. Both Zrinka and Barbara are very kind and welcoming. We were welcomed with juice and cake when we arrived. They recommend a good place for dinner and an interesting place to visit. They go far beyond what is expected at B&B. The breakfast is amazing (homemade cake and cookies, fresh bread, and meat). Each morning, we were given paper bags to make our own packed lunch. When we came back from Plitvice Lake, they prepared some drinks for us. We highly recommended Zrinka House for a stay in Plitvice Lake. This house is 100/10 rating.

If you plan to visit Plitvice Park, this property is a must-rent. The place is impressive and spotless. It is conveniently located close to both entrances of the national park. As a bonus, the hostess is the best you can ask for. Her hospitality, humor, and attitude are unique; she will provide you with all the information you need. The breakfast is fantastic and includes fresh fruits and vegetables from her garden. In conclusion, this is the place you need to book.

It’s a beautiful place, very nice location, beautiful outdoors and most importantly near to the Plitvička. The owner was so nice to help us with the whole map of the Plitvička, starting from view of the waterfall from the top (5 mins drive from place) to the main entrance (10 mins drive). We absolutely loved the place and apartment. The stay is as you see in pictures. 😍😍
