The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s ones of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen. It’s so unique and it has everything you need, but the hosts are what make it truly special. They are some of the kindest people I’ve met in India. I am traveling alone and they noticed, so they took care of me when needed, I got super sick and got medicine for me, offered free tuktuk rides for personal things, and asked me if I was ok through WhatsApp when I got late to the hotel, they really showed they cared about my safety and I can’t even tell how much I appreciate it. Also they can book you personal guides and cars with a fair fee. And the cook here is the best and she is the sweetest. The food is outstanding. I will always recommend this place if you stay in Jaipur.
