Very clean, spacious and private - really lovely villa and pool

very good communication with host, easily managed early check-in and check-out. Nice outdoor sitting by the pool. Nice running areas nearby, as well as restaurants. Everything clean

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The owners live nearby, but the facility is managed by a company, ensuring professional service. The kitchen was well-equipped, and my kids loved the pool. The villa has big rooms, two bathrooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces. There is plenty of parking space and a very nice view of the mountains. It's an excellent choice for a family with kids. Additionally, Taverna Grigoris on the same street was an excellent choice for dining.

Everything was very good, the location is perfect, next to the sea, beautiful view, friendly staff, next to the street where public transport runs, the city center is a 15-minute walk away. Thanks Irina and girls❤️

The property is beautiful - a little difficult to find as it's on a very small road on top of a hill and Google is a little confused about one of the roads leading to the property. Once we arrived and parked (one parking space) we were able to access the keys easily and let ourselves in. The living area is extremely comfortable with a sofa, chairs, and a bar with stools. The kitchen was clean and equipped with modern appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machines (Drip and pod), cutlery, pots and pans, plates, glasses etc - really not lacking. There are 3 large bedrooms each with toilet and shower en suite - wash basin is located in the room rather than separately which probably looks good on pinterest but didn't seem very logical. Beds are comfortable and two face the pool and sea - a stunning view and full of light. The third room was less well lit but very comfortable. The fourth bedroom seems to be a bit of an afterthought - located on the ground floor it's just big enough for a bed but not much else. It has a toilet and shower next to it. Plenty of towels for inside and out (in different colours to avoid confusion). Pool and outside area were really lovely. Other than the small bedroom this place was a real hit.

Nikolas and Maria were excellent hosts who did everything possible to make us feel at home. Our stay was truly excellent. The house is fully equipped, featuring a complete kitchen with all necessary utensils. It's located just a 5-minute walk from restaurants and shops, yet situated in a peaceful area. It’s also very close to some of the island’s best beaches and away from the more crowded spots in the north. Renting a car is highly recommended for exploring different parts of the island. If we visit Rhodes again, we would absolutely love to stay here once more!

The host company met us the morning after arrival, fixed a toilet problem very quickly and offered help in finding tours or other activities. They responded quickly to all comms on WhatsApp. The exterior area was fantastic, with plenty of poolside and cabana furniture, a covered BBQ are with sink, worktops and fridge. The interior kitchen was reasonably well stocked Easy 20 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants. Well located between Rhodes Town and Lindos. Decent supermarkets a 10 min drive away.
