Little gem of a place. Room attached to the hosts home was tastefully decorated and had everything you could need inc work top fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, fan TV DVDs etc the list just goes on and on. The bed was very comfortable and linen exceptionally clean. A small table was provided for light meals, coat hangers and drawers for storage. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was efficient and hot. The outside area was beautiful with table and bench seats for eating al fresco, a well kept lawn, birdhouses attached alongside the garage, beautifully maintained flower beds and pots and a waterfall providing the perfect backdrop. The hosts were both friendly and helpful. The location was perfect in a small village with a nearby shop for basic supplies. A short drive away from the Eden project, Looe, Padstow etc I highly recommend this delightful room for your stay..

Great room. Large, self contained room, microwave and fridge. Comfortable bed, separate dining area and nice bathroom. Owner was great and advised us on places to go for a drink and eat. We were able to use the washing machine. Parking is off street and secure. Walking distance to the town centre. We used this location to travel to lands end for a day trip.
