The location is excellent—less than a block from the castle and the cathedral. There is a 24-hour taxi stand almost outside the door and plenty of bars and restaurants are nearby. The building is fully refurbished and sparkling clean, and every effort has been made to provide comfort for the guests. Beds are comfortable and the shower is a delight. Extra touches like a shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower, fluffy towels, slippers, and plush bathrobes make all the difference. The lighting is great and there is even a magnifying makeup mirror. They also provide a corkscrew and a pair of scissors for opening those annoying plastic packets with teabags inside. The owners live on site and cheerfully render whatever assistance is needed. For example, when a construction crew working outside accidentally cut the internet cable, the owner quickly set up a cellular modem to restore Wi-fi to the guests. Excellent service is their goal.

Triquerta rooms is a gem, and so is Ferrara! It is located in the heart of the city in a newly renovated traditional building. Therefore , providing comfortable accommodation while giving you a feeling of an original town experience. We are extremely satisfied by the host's communication, welcome, and instructions. The room was spotlessly clean and included all amenities. The bed was anatomic, and the extra pillows provided a good night sleep. Notably, the room was warm, including both central heating and air-conditioning. We appreciated the open kitchen with free tea and coffee supplies. Also, the breakfast coupon for the close-by cafe was a plus. All in all, we strongly recommend triquerta rooms to fellow travelers.

Le Campane is a very clean, very well managed, centrally located B&B. The owner, Caterina, is very professional, very caring, very attentive. She is truly a great host. We loved our stay. P.S. And so did Whisky, our little dog, who was warmly welcomed by the owner.

Good host contact. It is nice and easy. Very clean. There is a coffee, tea and water station that are available. Location is in a great area. Close to city center and unreal running/walking paths on the city wall!! We added an extra day.
