I truly enjoyed the property’s location, cleanliness, and services. Additionally, my girlfriend and I really appreciated the interactions we had with the receptionist, Elizabeth. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, and she even prepared a box with some snacks for us to make up for the breakfast we missed due to our early morning flight.

B&B was brand new, and everything was perfect. There were many options for snacks and beverages at breakfast, a great bed, and an awesome shower.

Leandro was very helpful and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable. The room was very clean and cozy! I had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Leandro prepared breakfast for me, even though my departure was earlier than the scheduled breakfast time. Breakfast was great! He also arranged transportation to and from the airport. He recommended a great pizza place, just a two minute walk from the bed and breakfast. I definitely would stay there again!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was a firm memory foam and comfortable. The location is walking -distance from almost everything in Fiumicino; the beach, the river and restaurants. The staff is pleasant and efficient.

Location to airport and walking distance to restaurants. Love the decor and room. Owners were wonderful hosts and you must have the breakfast. Breakfast is an experience in itself.

Hands down the best accommodation I had in a long time. Needed one day to recharge between 2 long flights, I need comfort and I’ve found it. Place was spotless, bright, and comfortable, bed was amazing shower was great. I loved the online self check in and te app for the doors , everything is keyless,fast and smart.
