A wonderful place to stay in Napoli right by the harbour with a view to die for. A balcony with a view of the bar, the city and Vesuvius. Very polite and charming host. (and his dog) Comfortable bed, great shower. We cannot wait to stay there again.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to rest after a day of walking around the city. Massimo was a great host, and the location was perfect, close to the metro to get to the center, but away from so much crowd, nice neighborhood:)

Close to the ferries, incredible restaurants close by including Michelin star ones. Excellent service and friendly staff. Brian was amazing, helpful, kind, responsive and resourceful. He made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Brian!!

The apartment was a good size and well laid out. The bathroom, especially the shower, were wonderful !

Communication was easy and accurate, everyday somebody was busy with small/big cleaning inside/outside rooms, we didn't need to use the airco in February, but it is an important plus, as well as the small fridge.

Everything was very nice. I recomend this hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nilo was very helpful in any matter in English and Spanish language. The service was excellent. There are stores like supermarket, bakery and tabacchi stores (to get local bus tickets) in neighbourhood. Very nice and comfortable room and bathroom.

We arrived late at night, but the host was very accommodating. We had a 6 am flight so walked to the airport at 4 am. On the first street we were a little nervous but it was very well lit. Once we made it to the next street there were others walking to the airport, so we felt more comfortable. The place itself was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious and the location was 3 minute walking distance to the train station. Check in and out were also easy.

Great hosts with great recommendations on how to explore the city. Also a very comfortable bed in a great location.

Anu the front desk agent was extremely friendly, kind, empathetic and showed a professional attitude. What a beautiful charisma he has! He provided us a quick answer/help with each of our requests during and after the check-in process. During the checkout process both ladies were also super friendly, kind and sweet. The location is great, our view from the balcony was beautiful towards the castle. Instructions for accessing the property were very clear. We arrived near midnight and key was left out for us. Room was small but lovely and clean. Great location

The room was huge and very modern. The bathroom was also large with a very cool rain shower type system. Balcony was nice with a view over the street. Very clean, easy check in, responsive host. A perfect place to stay, highly recommended. Easy walk to everywhere and easy to find. The hosts were incredibly kind and very friendly. There was a great little shared kitchen area. Was blown away at how nice the room was. Would stay again!

It was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at — cozy and friendly, with an amazing family. The location was perfect, and we could walk everywhere. I’m truly grateful to Sergio and his family. Naples and its pizzas are incredible — eat pizza every day! The hotel also gives you lots of great recommendations. I’d honestly give them a 10 out of 10!

The property was fantastic- Lorenzo’s brother Adriano greeted us - he was very welcoming and super friendly - place was spotless and we loved our breakfast - great quiet location and close to everything
