Great location. Close to everything. Quiet clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect, such a beautiful view of Matera. Staff very friendly, providing excellent communication from the moment we booked. Room very clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning working perfectly. Bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and body lotion. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is very big and spacious. We bioked the apart via Piave 23 incl breakfast at near cafe. The location is great just walking distance to the spot where you can get nice view of Matera by night! With many good restaurants nearby

Exceptional stay and outstanding host! Pascal was a very gracious and attentive host, as was Carmel. The buffet style breakfast had such a variety of items showcasing local classics such as delicious Matera bread and tasty pastries. Pascal was always available via text to answer all our questions and concerns. He gave us a map of Matera with all must see attractions highlighted. I highly recommend staying at this property which is conveniently located in Matera!

Location second to none, overlooking the town square, fantastic! Opened up the windows and your on the balcony, and such an amazing sight to behold! Came after reception hours, guidance was exceptional. No issues what so ever, real easy to find and settle into the room.

Everything was perfect and the view was amazing. The room was huge and it had vintage furniture which made the aesthetic exceptional! Loved everything!

Spotlessly clean with nice high ceilings and a massive bathroom. Enjoyed the big opening windows with views over the surrounding rooftops.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for just one night while traveling, and we had a wonderful experience. We were welcomed with a big smile by the host Mrs. Irene, nice person who were always ready to help with information, suggestions, and anything we needed during our stay. She and the two lovely girls working during breakfast made us feel truly at home, thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere they created. The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, silent, with comfy mattresses and fully equipped with all you need during your stay. WiFi high speed. Check-in/check-out very easy and fast thanks the instructions we've received from the host in advance. Its position is strategic to visit the heart of Matera and "I sassi". Nearby is plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, pubs and supermarkets. We highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you again, we hope to see you again soon! Walter and Marianna

An attractive place very centrally located with an unusual attractive decor. On ground floor with a tiny atrium.

The place is wonderful, has a great location, and has gorgeous views. The host was really kind, and gave us a lot of helpful information. Even tho it was not included, she gifted us a breakfast voucher for the next day.
