Utterly delightful staff and charming room

The owner and his daughter were the nicest people! So very kind and patient with our late arrival. Having the parking on site was perfect as you don't need a car in Piacenza. Our room was large and very comfortable. They were nice enough to let us leave our luggage the last day so we could enjoy lunch before heading out. There isn't breakfast with the room but there's tea and coffee facilities in the room along with some package baked goods to get the day started.

Amazing location, clean and very well appointed, comfy bed (thank you!) and great communication from staff. We had a really nice stay!

What's not to like? First, we felt secure. The room and facilities were fully modern and seemed new. Very clean! The air conditioner was fantastic! The bed was comfortable so we got some much needed rest before our long drive home. Breakfast was really nice with a great variety offered. We met Maria and she was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The gift of a bottle of perfume was a nice touch.

Excellent location in the heart of Piacenza. Walk to everything. Bed is sagging in the center, needs to be firmer, may not be a problem for most people. Wifi, hot water, water pressure excellent.

A true palazzo, beautifully restored, inside is like an art gallery packed with gorgeous artwork. Wonderful staff, very helpful and excellent suggestions for dining. They kindly upgraded us to their best suite with separate sitting area. Comfortable rooms, parking in the courtyard is very convenient. Great location, walking distance to all attractions.

My stay was wonderful from start to finish. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained, with rooms that were both comfortable and inviting. The host was incredibly thoughtful and generously provided plenty of snacks and drinks, which made the stay feel extra special. My kids love it. Overall, the experience truly felt like staying in a 6-star luxury hotel, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality.
