Great location. Friendly staff.

I like this traditional Japanese architecture. It seems to be more than 100 years old. I can observe Japanese culture in many details.

The staffs are friendly and they can speak english really well. The room is nice and clean.

This is an unmanned facility so don’t be put off by the staff score. Nara is easily walkable and this hotel being located so near the train station is a huge plus.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful showing us around the property. Our room was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. Ambiance was nice I loved how you can hear the birds chirping outside and the water trickling when it rained. The kitchen was very nice to keep our food in. Shower and bathroom was pleasant and kept clean.

The Futon and room were warm and very comfortable. Host was amazing and suggested an amazing restaurant to eat. The house felt warm, cozy, and welcoming.

It's a modern guest house, the rooms are tatami rooms, everything is clean and new. If you want to experience sleeping on a futon on tatami, but don't have the budget for an expensive ryokan, this guest house is a great option. The neighborhood is wonderful - quiet old town with traditional architecture. The tourist attractions like the Nara park are walking distance.

Great little family run inn, we really enjoyed our stay and the kind host. Very good location, just a 20 minutes walk from the Narita JR Station. We would definitely return!

Everything! The location was amazing! The gentleman who helped us was so kind and helpful and accommodating!! The space was huge!!!! Traditional elements everywhere in the home, skinny stairs though! We've been in many hotels and houses in Japan these past two weeks and this was by far the best one! Highly highly highly recommend!
