Very convenient and safe cottage, will definitely recommend the cottage to my friends and Family.

The place was exceptional,l will definitely go back in the near future.My daughter loved the hot bath,the pool,we had a braai and their dogs are lovely.Not forgetting the warm welcome from the staff. It's a must visit.

The best location we have seen in the 7 years we travel in the western cape. A hidden gem! The garden is beautiful, so is the manor and the room. Everything is beautiful with old Dutch antiques and the rooms are designed with taste. The staff is more than friendly. Many places we have seen, were nice, but often badly maintained or not really suitable for a holiday spot. We already booked for the December 2026-Jan 2027. Need we say more?

The hospitality and the stuff

My brother and I are on the self drive Safari to South Africa, BOTSWANA and NAMIBIA, and this was any port in a storm, what a DELIGHT this port turned out to be. D UPGRADED US FROM SINGLE ROOM TO HIS BEST ROOM FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. WE WERE THERE IN THE BITTER COLD OF WINTER BUT THIS PLACE WOULD BE FANTASTIC IN THE SUMMER. D IS EXCEPTIONALLY PERSON AND BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING. I COULD NOT SAY ENOUGH EXCELLENT ABOUT THIS PLACE IF I EVER COME BACK THIS WAY, I WILL STAY HERE. I should add that in the last 10 years I've travelled in Africa almost 20 months, so I speak with some experience

We were very warmly welcomed by our host Tokkie. Our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable and spacious. It really was the most wonderful place to stay at and we cannot wait to have another vacation there.

The owner was so nice and welcoming......place was comfy,felt like home.

To start with the warmth reception by the owner and family is top notch secondly the environment is very neat,beautiful cozy and friendly. It was indeed home for me.

First of all I notified the premises 20 minutes prior time of my arrival Just to come there and there's no one Called numbers eventually I got through to one number Just for the lady to tell me there's no booking for me and ther s no one at the premises In my life I was never so humiliated before Eventually the lady calls me back saying I must come to 11 church street
