We loved our stay here - everything was clean, comfortable beds including the sofa bed in the tatami area. The free breakfast was a bonus before we headed out for the day. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially when we used luggage transfer service. Great location, close to the bus and walking distance to ninenzaka and kiyomizu-dera temple. Our first day here it rained and they had umbrellas we could borrow which was great as we had not brought our own. Highly recommend a stay here!

I really enjoyed my time here. Haruka and her husband made us feel welcome from the moment we booked our dates, and they even provided helpful instructions on how to get there from our previous location (Nara). Haruka also gave us some nice recommendations and tips on what to do in Kyoto during our short stay. To top it off, they even gave us a ride to our bus stop in our last night. They are wonderful people.

I stayed in the private 3 bed room. It was a little small for our luggage but I knew that booking it. This was our second stay here and we loved it once again. The location is amazing, the property is clean, the showers are spacious. They even have a foot massager! The staff is incredible! They helped handwrite the shipping address for our luggage that we were having deliver to our next stop. When the delivery company contacted them that our destination could not receive our luggage, they coordinated a different drop off point with us even if we had already checked out. Truly amazing service!
