So why do I even introduce myself on this page? I was born and raised in an age of digitalism. Many of you visit Austria since years and I know about this spirit most of you are seeking for, while skiing down fresh powder slopes or jumping into the fresh water of lake Zell. Not only our nature, but also we people who live in this habitat draw this picture of the Austrian Alpine lifestyle. Not that I want to copy this lifestyle, but maybe try to link this offline and online experience, in the most charmant way I can do. Enjoy your holiday. Yours  Vera

Our Appartement Prielau in Zell am See, situated near the lake, was originally built in the 1970s. To bring comfort up to modern standards, a complete renovation began in the summer of 2016. With great attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship, the holiday apartment, which is located in a separate, detached building, was fully renovated and expanded. The bungalow includes its own garden with a terrace. Since January 2017, the apartment shines in new splendor, accommodating 2-6 guests and equipped with free Wi-Fi. It features a lounge area with cable TV, a spacious open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with an adjoining private bathroom, and free private parking. Self-catering in the well-equipped, brand-new kitchen is a delightful experience, enhanced by two unique features: a large skylight bathes the open kitchen in natural light, while a panoramic window offers an unobstructed view of the Steinerne Meer and the nearby field, where you may occasionally spot some fallow deer.

The accommodation is located just under 3 km from the center of Zell am See and the Schmittenhöhe ski area. The Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn and Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski areas are around a 20-minute drive away. Lake Zell, with direct access, as well as the adjacent bike path, is approximately 100 meters away. The bus stop, including the ski bus, is about a one-minute walk from the property. A variety of restaurants in different price ranges are also nearby. The surrounding amenities, all within walking distance, include: Boat rental Sailing and windsurfing school Zell am See 2 large, free bathing areas Beach volleyball court Bicycle rental Kayak school Children's playground Public boat dock and much more.
