The Apartchalet Sisi was rebuilt in solid wood construction. An outdoor staircase leads to the 1st floor with its own entrance area. For a car is a carport parking space available. The covered veranda with lounge is oriented to the southeast and offers a view of the well-tended garden. Southwest side is a spacious, very sunny roof terrace with sun loungers - a good place to sunbathe, relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. Washer and dryer offer extra comfort for a longer stay. Especially well equipped is the large kitchen with cozy seating area and high-quality, modern electrical appliances as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and raclette grill. The bathroom has a modern shower facility with large vanity, Badradio, hair dryer and toiletries. The 2 bedrooms each have a smart TV, spacious wardrobes and box spring beds. Electric shutters and mosquito nets are available in all rooms. Furthermore, there is a lockable ski storage, stove and electric underfloor heating. Netflix in all languages ​​- the home cinema for the whole family

The district Haid- is a beautiful, quiet residential area, and is located on a very sunny hill, surrounded by green meadows, forests and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. With the City Bus you can reach the city center of Saalfelden in a few minutes. The Biberg is recommended for mountain hiking and mountain biking, a highlight is the summer toboggan run. In Haid there is a fishing pond and a football field. The Ritzensee and Lake Zell can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car. In winter, there is a natural toboggan run on Biberg and many opportunities for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Super ski tour areas in beautiful natural landscape - away from the hustle and bustle. The Chalet Sisi is located in the middle of the large skiing and hiking areas of Pinzgau. The Hochkönig Winterreich- Maria Alm, the Hinterreitlift- Saalfelden, the large ski area Leogang- Saalbach- Hinterglemm- Fieberbrunn in Zell am See- the Schmittenhöhe and in Kaprun the year-round glacier area at the unique Kitzsteinhorn. A beautiful indoor swimming pool with diving tower, sauna area and ice rink are in Zell am See and can be reached in about 15 minutes. accessible by car.
