Newly renovated holiday apartment in Kuchl near Salzburg with a garden and an additional guest room – ideal for families, couples, or as a stopover near the A10 motorway. The accommodation is located in the Tennengau region and offers excellent transport links via the Tauern Autobahn A10 (eastbound) and the B159 (westbound). Shops, a train station, and a bus stop are nearby, and a cycle path runs directly past the house. Parking spaces – including for caravans – are available right at the house. The ground-floor apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. The living room (westbound) with a tiled stove creates a cozy atmosphere. A visually separated sleeping area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space. An extendable table is suitable for dining, playing games, or working. The kitchen (eastbound) is fully equipped. The bedroom (westbound) features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an armchair for relaxation. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The garden with its terrace offers space for relaxation and barbecues, as well as play areas for children. From May to September, an outdoor shower and a paddling pool are also available. Additionally, a small guest room for 1-2 people is available on the second floor. It has a double bed (which can also be used as a sofa), a sitting area, clothes rails, a coffee machine, and a kettle. A refrigerator, wardrobe, and shoe rack are located in the hallway. The private bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible from the hallway. With the Tennengau Card, guests receive discounts in the Tennengau region. The Guest Mobility Ticket also allows free use of public transportation in the state of Salzburg.
Lisi – Rupert's mother – diligently helped with the construction of the house in Kuchl. After the house was finished, Lisi rented rooms to guests for many years. With our holiday apartment "Lisi," we want to continue this tradition. We are Rupert, Elisabeth, and Verena. Rupert is a technician and responsible for all the practical and technical aspects. Elisabeth and Verena are special education teachers and are responsible for organizing and looking after our guests.
