As ski enthusiasts, we would like to share our passion. Many accommodations were not as we wished. Getting the maximum out of m2 is not our goal. A lovely chalet full of cosiness. When you step inside you are at home! Quietly situated in a rural atmosphere in a sunny location. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of a babbling mountain stream. You will find it next to this Alpenvilla Haus am Bach. Located in the middle of the Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn-Zell am See ski area, only 2 car minutes from the center of Kaprun. The free ski bus (approx. 100m) passes three times per hour. This shuttle bus drives between the Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See-Schüttdorf. In summer, the Kaprun-Zell am See area also offers many opportunities such as hiking, cycling and swimming in the most beautiful mountain lakes in the Alps. Golf enthusiasts watched! The 36-hole golf course at Zell am See-Kaprun is only a 3-minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Austria. You play a nice game of golf in a setting of beautiful green with in the background the Kitzsteinhorn covered with snow. Favorite trips in the region are Salzburg (the city of Mozart), the castle Hohenwerfen and the nearby ice caves, Krimmelwasserfälle (the largest waterfall in Europe) and the Großglockner.
