Very central located - along the road to Zell am See - we are the ideal starting point for your excursions, whether on foot, by car or by bicycle. The lake with a lovely lawn, cycle path or walking way you'll reach in 50m trough the subway. After 10min leisurly walk along the lake you'll reach the centre of Zell am See with the cable car "CityXpress" or with the Zell am See-Kaprun mobility card very easy by bus (stop next to our house) to the destination for free... New! From summer 2021 – we are partner of the Zell am See – Kaprun Summer Card. This Card includes the full package of holiday experiences in combination with many advantages and discounts.
