In the early 1960s the tower was built as a granary. 2013 the main part of the tower was converted into apartments and medical offices. The unique loft, which extends from the 5th to the 8th floor, was refurbished in 2019. The 5th floor is easily accessible by elevator and accommodates an open kitchen with a dining and living area, two spacious storage areas, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. A few stairs lead up to the 6th floor, an open mezzanine level, with a double bed and a TV. Another staircase leads to the master bedroom on the 7th floor. A bright and spacious room with a double bed, TV, sitting area, two small walk-in closets and a separate toilet. To complete your holiday feeling you reach the 8th floor by spiral staircase. This floor houses the jewel of the loft – a private bathroom with a bathtub and magnificent views of the mountain range “Steinerne Meer” in the north and the lake “Zeller See” to the south. Our young guests are welcome to enjoy the indoor-playground Kreativland on the ground floor during the opening hours (www.kreativland.at).

The loft is situated within walking distance (3 to 5 minutes) from the centre of Maishofen and within close vicinity to Zell am See (5 km), Saalbach (17 km) and Saalfelden (10 km). An ideal starting point for plenty of activities in the stunning area of the “Hohen Tauern”. You reach world-famous skiing-areas such as the Europa-Sportregion Zell am See – Kaprun or the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm – Leogang – Fieberbrunn within a couple of minutes by car.
