**THERE IS A CONSTRUCTION AREA NEAR OUR BUILDING AND THIS CAN CREAT DISCONFORT AND BE NOISY!** WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! This apartment is in a brilliant location 2 mins from the lake which you see from living-room and within walking distance of the town center and ski lift. There is a private heated boot rack and ski storage area as well. The apartment HAS a parking space which is very important in Zell am See! **WE DO NOT OFFER THE SUMMERCARD**
