The apartment has a living and dining room with an open kitchen and two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out double sofa bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. From the living room and from a bedroom you have access to the balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the Kaprun mountains. During your stay the use of all public transport in the region of Salzburg is free of charge. Facilities: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher), a total of 3 TVs, washing machine and dryer. For infants, a baby cot and a high chair are provided. The apartmant includes a carport (height 2.35 m) and a free car parking space. An outdoor swimming pool is available in summer and a ski storage room with heated ski boot warmers in winter.
The Zell am See/Kaprun region offers numerous leisure activities all year round. In summer you can swim, go water skiing or boat or just enjoy the lake. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby. The surrounding mountains offer numerous hiking opportunities and in winter you can go skiing wonderfully.
