Directly past the house is an entrance to the ski slope, so you can leave from the front door with your skis on for a lovely active day in the snow. In winter, parking is available under the carport. So scooping out your car is not necessary here. Rauris has a varied and modern ski area. The altitude of the ski area reaches up to 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner (3798 metres). The ski area is clear and offers plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. The ski bus is included in the ski pass price.
