Our place is newly decorated and furnished having a very contemporary style. With warm colors, forest wallpaper, stylish plates and warm lighting. It has a very cozy feeling. Perfectly suited for multiple families. The apartment has a private entrance at the top of a staircase and spans two floors. Located at a quiet spot within 10 minutes walking distance of Kaprun centre. In the vicinity are many restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. The skibus stop is right outside which will bring you to the glacier lift within 5 minutes. The place is very suited for 2-3 families with kids, having a family room with a bunk bed. In total we can host 9 persons, ideal for 4 adults and 4-5 children. For 8 adults the bunk bed is less applicable and the dining space somewhat limited, so we strongly suggest to limit the maximum number of adults to 6. Remarks: - Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card included, FREE. - All bookings require a additional surety deposit, to be refunded within two weeks if there are no damages. - Surety deposit and tourist tax are to be pre-paid by bank transfer only, no cash option. - There is self check-in, no reception/service available. Host does not live nearby. - Entrance to the apartment is up one stairs. There is no lift. - There is ample parking space for at least 2 cars.

Being freestyle ski and snowboard fanatics we are very happy to finally have a place of our own in the mountains that we can share with other mountain enthusiasts, both in summer and winter.
