You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Offering one of the City's most convenient addresses, this spacious apartment is the ideal city pad. Featuring an open plan kitchen with a balcony. The building it is only walking distance to Shops, Bars, transport, Barangaroo and Darling Harbour. Shared rooftop terrace with a city view. Quiet and cosy sleep in the bedroom. Comfortable Queen size bed. Professional cleaning. Fully equipped apartment. Smoking allowed outside on the balcony or the rooftop terrace ONLY. Not inside the flat pls. NO SHOES in the flat. Parking available through PARKHOUND and SHAREWITHOSCAR apps (self-reservation required in advance) or Wilson car park around the corner ( Sussex road ). If you're looking for a comfortable place in a great location rather than a luxury stay, this apartment is an excellent choice. The décor and some fixtures are older, which is reflected in the price.
