The unit has just been renovated with beautiful floating timber floors throughout and a fantastic new kitchen with plenty of benchspace and dishwasher. The unit is spacious with ocean breezes that flow through to cool this 2nd floor unit.  Sit back on the balcony and be mesmerized at the stunning views of shoal bay beach, hear the waves crashing as they roll in against the sand or watch the ever changing coastal scenery of dolphins and marine life right at your fingertips. The uinit features two bedrooms, renovated bathroom with bath and shower above and the bonus of having a seperate toilet.  Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a single garage and single car space. This property does not have sheets and towels supplied, no party policy and strictly no pets allowed.
