Located 3 minutes walk to the iconic Were St village, Brighton Grocer and Oli and Ari cafe. Within walking to Brighton Beach and Brighton train station. Very private and quiet peaceful part of Brighton.
I'm delighted to offer my residence for guests to enjoy. The huge outdoor garden and area is peaceful and offers further space beyond the comfortable interior.
This is a great quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood, with most owner occupier in the small block of only 10 units. The grounds are very green and full of bird life and ring tail possums. It is almost silent of an evening, providing a very peaceful stay.
