24 Elizabeth is a large, self contained one bedroom apartment with plenty of space to relax and chill. Commercial kitchen setup with gas hob and electric oven, large outdoor table and chairs, and living space with large tv with comfortable fold out queen lounge sofa bed. Enough room for two bedrooms, the property includes one King bed, one King Single, and the fold out Queen Sofa Bed. Only one bathroom, but easy access from the master, that has its own bath and basin separate from the toilet and shower. Separate laundry with washer dryer. Covered parking in front of the entrance. Room to breathe, bushwalks in Bunya state forest just over the road. Table tennis equipment included for use in the park down the road.

I live in the upstairs apartment. My adult children come and go depending on what’s for dinner. Three chickens provide some eggs when they feel like it. Close to state forest and a very quiet location. Feel free to come upstairs and knock on the door if there is anything needed.

Everton Hills (not Oxford Park) backs onto the Bunya State Forest. There are good local cafes and gyms, but it is somewhat secluded from the mainstream Brisbane traffic. The street is a cul de sac and I am nearly at the end, so there is little traffic every day. A pie cart stops at Collins Rd within easy walking distance.
