Staff were very professional in their dealings and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. I got extra assistance 3 days after I had even checked out of the hotel.

Location perfect! Very accessible to the city, to the parks, and the museums. The rooms are neat and tidy everyday, sheets clean and smells so lovely. Loving the softness of the pillows. Always good to come home to a room that is clean and fresh. The view of the Brisbane skyline from our room was so special !

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. 24/7 pool is definitely a bonus and the breakfast buffet was a 10/10.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful hotel . We have stayed at most of the 5 star hotels in Brisbane but this was by far the best experience!

Only one bed, comfortable coach though.

The room was great bed was super comfortable nice big pillows hotel was very quiet as well. Cocktails at happy hr was great reception organised a free drink and a late checkout. Was good to be a member of IHG

Breakfast was good location was perfect

Excellent location, with a lift. I had one of the small Double Rooms but it was totally adequate for a solo traveller. There is a 24hr 7-11 literally next door so you'll never be stuck. It's really great they provide a toothbrush and toothpaste pack alongside other toiletries. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location right near pedestrian walking streets. Large, well equipped one bedroom unit. Very quiet.

The room is huge, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredible nice. We would definitely come back in the future. It is super close supermarket, restaurants and train station

Excellent location, secured entry, clean apartment with everything I need. Ability to hang dry clothes on the balcony was nice bonus.

First off, the staffs there were super friendly and very helpful. Secondly, the rooms were just perfect and the breakfast buffet was perfection. Also loved that it was in the centre of CBD so everything's just at your convenience. 😀

The variety of amenities were great…something for everyone. The cleanliness of the property and amazing staff made the stay exceptional.

Lovely staff and fantastic amenities. The Kimchi fried rice was way better than I expected from an all day dining menu. David who served me at the bar had some great banter which is always good.

I forgot to book valet parking, the concierge was very helpful and organized it. The beds were very comfy.
