This three bedroom home is situated in a quiet court with beach access, just 50m to the main foreshore waterfront and general store, 500m to the tidal boat ramp where Westernport fishing await, this is the perfect spot for a beach getaway or cosy winter escape. A large decking and outlook provides the perfect spot to BBQ with family and friends or to watch the sun drop into the water with a glass of wine. The upstairs living/dining area has all the modern needs, new kitchen, large dining table, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, split system heating and cooling and comfortable open lounging area. Two good size bedrooms one with queen and one with double bed and a third small room with kids bunks (Note: BYO linen all beds). Downstairs via an external stair case is an open rumpus room with a lounge setting, bunk bed, TV/DVD set up and small fridge, perfect for the older kids as a 4th bedroom or to retreat to. Location: Coronet Bay is a safe family friendly beach just one and a half hours from Melbourne CBD, 45mins from Sth East suburbs. It is nestled along the coastal area between the towns of Grantville and San Remo on the way to Phillip Island, on Westernport bay
We really enjoy relaxing with family and friends, whilst also enjoying kayaking, boating, fishing, walking, entertaining and slowly renovating to make our home better for all to enjoy
Love the quiet location, on the foreshore, walk to sand and water. Great cafes and restaurants only a short 5-15mins drive, plus easy access to all the Phillip Island and Westernport attractions. some local favorites are Macca's Farm, Fig & The Bay, La Provincia,
