The room was a typical motel room. The shower was hot with plenty of water. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The beer is great and the food is better. I recommend the Seafood Linguini. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be - close to Jubilee Park sporting facilities. The block of shops around the corner, including bakery, convenience stores was extremely convenient. The house was spacious and comfortable. Our host was prompt and helpful with communication.

This is our third time staying at Pudding's and once again we had a wonderful stay. We have previously stayed in the two bedroom "home" but this time we stayed in the one bedroom. We really liked the open plan relaxed feel, the equally stunning views, and all the thoughtful ammenities provided. Such a fabulous location opposite a beautiful beach and an easy walk to cafes, bars and restaurants - also the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula with all it has to offer.

Frankston had everything that we wanted during our 2 night...

Frankston had everything that we wanted during our 2 night stay. It was close to the Peninsular Health facilities that we went to Frankston for. It had ample shopping centres and strips. Plenty of well priced fuel outlets. It has a well equipped RSL club.

Frankston is nice enough with a great beach BUT ...... Frankston deserves to have the bad apples removed I was there 40 years ago as well and cannot believe in 40 years it remains a social blight on Victoria it is worse now. the drug users now line the main street in plain view My advice - travel further down the Mornington Peninsula. I stayed in Frankston to play golf and also visit family in Dandenong Dandenong is also a social problem but Frankston takes the cake. never again. life is too short

no internet in the room at all. The shower rose was a cheap water saving shower rose which was the type that I would expect in a cheap caravan park. The windows were key locked and unable to open. The lounge seating belonged in the dump and was overdue for replacement. The kitchen rangehood housing and filter actually fell onto the food we were cooking at the time. The front verandah screen was difficult to open and shut. The unit that we stayed in needs to have an upgrade. However, I will add that the staff were great and extremely helpful

Unexpectedly wonderful!

Unexpectedly wonderful! We had awful weather yet found so much to do in the area. People were very friendly. Stunning coastal boardwalk Commonfolk Cafe in Frankston was outstanding for coffee and food. Bayside was a really good shopping centre too.

The beach between Frankston pier and Seaford is soo quiet so...

The beach between Frankston pier and Seaford is soo quiet so Its like the best spot ever!! The only thing I would add is if there was access to a washing machine for a longer stay - like a 2 week visit I would definitely neeed to wash my clothes - but thats seriously the only thing!! BEST HOSTS AND PLACE EVER!!

Frankston is a delight mainly because of the variety of shopping and dining/takeaway experiences.It also has a lovely beach and walking trails to discover.Overall,it’s ideal for families and solo travellers alike.There is also a great bowling alley/games hall in the main part of the town,and a quaint and cosy bar nearby.
