This double storey bungalow has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a second bathroom. All bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning and a King bed, with the option to split into two singles in bedroom 3 (first floor at rear). There is also a play table for littlies in the lounge, and a large shelf unit full of books, games, puzzles and toys to keep everyone amused. Step through the sliding doors from the dining area to the enclosed back patio area with a small outdoor setting to enjoy a peaceful al fresco coffee.

Busselton is the popular beach town at the gateway to the iconic Margaret River Wine Region.
