The unique design of the building and its location on one of the highest points in Melbourne make it an ideal breakaway. The apartment has one and a half bedrooms with two beds, a cosy living, dining, and kitchen area, and great city views. You have use of the amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, and Common room, all located on the 4th floor and open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The Atrium is an awesome space with electric BBQs, a table and chairs, and a garden. .

Rosemarie and Martin would like to welcome you to a special building with commanding views of Melbourne from the city in the south, to the ranges to the north. We hope you enjoy your stay and the superb facilities.

Located 10 km from the CBD Ivanhoe is a green, tree lined sanctuary well insulated from the hectic churn of everyday life. The apartment building is near a shopping precinct with a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Heidelberg train station is 750 meters away, walking straight down Burgundy Street, past the Austin Hospital.
