Aalen 1 and Aalen Lakeview are two separate strata buildings at this address. All Aalen listings are hosted by Dianne Wilson, who lives in the upstairs level of Aalen Lakeview. As a resident host, you will find her quick response to any questions you may have. Dianne enjoys meeting people, and is happy to share her knowledge of local entertainment activities, dining spots and ways to get around.

Property info

Recently renovated with double glazing, the Studio is a sunny, comfortable space with private bathroom, good size kitchenette (including full size fridge), and flexible bedding arrangements. The king can be split into 2 single beds, and there is a single sofa bed. The sofa bed is low to the ground, like a trundle, so not really suitable for people with limited mobility. . The room has access to a garden and bbq area with lake views via sliding door. Walk through the garden to the hot-tub, which is shared with Aalen 1 guests. Lakeview Studio adjoins a public reserve, and you can walk easily to the CBD with restaurants, bars, supermarket, park and lakeside walks. There is space to secure bikes out of the weather, either in the property lockable garage, or inside the studio itself.

Jindabyne is a small , rapidly growing regional town situated on the shores of Lake Jindabyne, in the shadow of the Snowy Mountains Range. As an entry gateway to the Kosciuszko National Park, the town’s principal industry is tourism. Although historically the centre of the NSW snow sports industry, Jindabyne is becoming a preferred location for fishermen, sailors, hikers and cyclists. Mountain bike trail creation is growing in importance in the local tourist industry. While close to natural beauty attractions, Jindabyne is making a name for itself in adventure tourism.
