Our building has been an icon on the Surfers skyline for many years. There are also plenty of great family attractions and delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. Locals enjoy the regular markets along the beach front and of course the beautiful golden sands of Surfers Paradise beach are yours to enjoy. We hope to see you on your next holiday soon!

The Aegean Apartments are situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just 150 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach. All apartments are fully self-contained with spacious balconies and fully equipped kitchens. Stroll along the shop fronts to the boutiques, specialty shops and duty free shopping as well as a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The Aegean offers a wide variety of facilities, including an indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor pool, full size tennis court and gym.

In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

All guests are required to present a valid photo ID & credit card upon check in.
