Property info

The internal Atrium design is stunning and allows a breeze to flow though the building even on the hottest Brisbane days. You can stand in the internal corridors and look out the side of the building, with its unique open sided design, to the famous Gasworks dining, retail and entertainment precinct, which is especially attractive at night when the old gasworks frame is lit up in coloured lights.

Neighborhood info

We are at the edge of Fortitude Valley's entertainment precinct. Chinatown's vast array of eateries are an easy walk for the property, as are the boutique fashion outlets and upmarket restaurants of James Street
