Bays Holiday Park is located in beautiful Port Stephens, just 2.5 hours North of Sydney and only 20 minutes from Newcastle Airport. We have a wide range of on-site activities to keep the whole family entertained including a Jumping Pillow, Tropical Pool with Waterslide, Mini-Golf, Outdoor Bowling, Pedal Kart Hire and two Children’s Playgrounds. All of our Villas are self-contained, air-conditioned and feature a balcony with an outdoor table setting and BBQ. We even have a selection of Pet-Friendly Villas, powered camp sites and un-powered bush camping sites to suit every family!

Port Stephens boasts a wide range of attractions including beautiful surfing beaches and calm bays perfect for stand up paddle boarding or kayaking. Enjoy a relaxing whale or dolphin watch cruise and visit one of the many local cafes and restaurants. For the more adventurous guests, try sand boarding, a camel ride or quad biking, all just minutes from Bays Holiday Park!
