Enjoy the position and comfort of this well-appointed two bedroom unit with plenty of light & air, great access (no stairs) and a view to North Brother. Tastefully decorated and well maintained this ground floor villa is located only a short distance from North Haven Beach and the breakwall. Close to childrens playground and local cafe. Sleeps 5. 1 Queen, 2 Singles + Single foldaway. A new bathroom and kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and private courtyard with gas BBQ. Flat screen TV with DVD player, washing machine, single LUG and boat parking at the rear. LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED BUT CAN BE HIRED THROUGH CAMDEN HAVEN LAUNDRY SERVICE. NO PETS PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY
