Beach Pines 5 is a spacious and beautifully renovated 2 storey apartment with living and entertaining on the lower level and 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The unit is situated on the second and third floors of the building (walk up). Upon arrival you are welcomed into a bright and airy loungeroom featuring light timber flooring, ceiling fan, comfortable furnishings and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. Step out onto your own private beachfront balcony and enjoy the stunning panoramic views stretching from Surfers Paradise in the North to Point Danger in the South. The fully renovated kitchen offers high quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine and has been designed to enjoy ocean views while cooking and entertaining. On the upper level, the master bedroom features queen bed, wall mounted smart TV and renovated ensuite with walk in shower toilet. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds plus a trundle and the third offers one single bed. All bedrooms share a side balcony capturing ocean breezes, plus ceiling fans for year round comfort. There is also a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer and bathroom with double size shower. The secure basement carpark offers 2 spaces. There is also a swimming pool in the complex for your enjoyment. Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is a 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Linen - Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring / hire your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost, we will provide details once your booking is confirmed.

Lined with Norfolk Pines, turquoise waters and white sand, the Southern Gold Coast is home to some of the Gold Coast’s best beaches. Enjoy a day at one of our glorious patrolled beaches- Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun or Bilinga! Or head to Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks or Greenmount for world-class surfing. There’s plenty of whale watching opportunities from the heights of Kirra Point lookout or Point Danger, or pack a picnic and enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. That doesn’t mean it’s boring! The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. Getting around is easy with a hire car, regular buses, or catch an uber or taxi. Theme parks are within 40 minutes’ drive and the glitz and glamour of Surfer’s Paradise is only half an hour from Coolangatta. All beaches are within easy access of the Gold Coast International Airport and Coolangatta shares the border with NSW, your gateway to Byron Bay, Cabarita and Kingscliff beaches or Mt Warning – great for day tripping!
