1 bedroom (king size) with ceiling fan, 1 bathroom, living room (double sofa bed) and kitchen, an outside sitting area and double car port (with hose to wash down boat). 1.5km from Dunsborough town center and located 2-3 min walk (<30 sec drive) from Quindalup beach, unit is front half of a house. There's no air-conditioning, house is made from thermolite so has great insulation, there's also a wood burning stove in the living room.
This place is great for people who are looking to be close to a kid and pet friendly beach in a quiet part of town; it's a great base for exploring the South West by land or sea and I really hope you enjoy your stay! Happy to be called or texted, I might not be at the house so there is no point in knocking..
It's a very quiet street! most of the houses are holiday houses, the area is great for beach access and nice walks into town. Dunsborough is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride, a couple of minutes drive. Driving is the easiest way to see the South West but there are taxis and wine tours available throughout the area if you're thinking of heading further afield than town, or if you're visiting wineries.
