Property info

Absolute beach front. There are only a few properties that are private, exclusive and have direct access to Merimbula’s main beach. Even fewer also boast incredible ocean views, an outdoor entertaining deck to die for, a heated private swimming pool, a fully fenced yard which means you can bring your canine with you. This is truly a remarkable property. The living space is on the first floor to capitalise those incredible ocean views. Designer kitchen with stone bench tops and open plan living.
