3 sisters Deb, Don & Cass have started a small business alongside our family run caravan park that has been operating in the bay since 1965 (Rio Rita Caravan Park).

Enjoy a relaxed weeked at Beachside Bungalows in one of our 3 Studios tiny homes with beach views. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in our cosy Studios. Great location near the beach and just a short stroll to the town centre of Batemans Bay.
