The apartment has triple glazed sliding doors that when opened gives you the open plan living experience. Let the sea breeze flow while sitting one your large lounge so you can relax in comfort. This is our apartment, so we want to make your stay a memorable experience and we want you to come back time after time. We will go out of our way to make it homely & welcoming. If needed, we are just around the corner so we can attend to any concerns you may have. Ohana was completed in 2022 so it is fresh & new with a beautiful roof top pool and entertaining area to make your holiday complete. It overlooks the beautiful Clyde River so you can watch the boats go by while lazing in the pool. The complex is a secured site for residents & guests with a key & fob entry. There is one allocated parking spot for the apartment as well as visitor parking in the secure under cover car park. Plenty of parking on street for larger vehicles. There are two bedrooms with each having their own ensuite making it perfect for two couples. A sliding door can be utilized to make two separate living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook up a storm which includes a water & ice fridge for your convenience. There is a Zeigler & Brown BBQ as well as an air fryer on the deck so you can cook some nibblies while relaxing with a beer or wine taking in the view. A European style laundry which includes a washing machine & dryer. If your stay with us is a special occasion additional personal touches can be made on request.
