Blue Waters Apartments features an heated in-ground pool and spa, set amid a tropical garden and BBQ area. The apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. All crockery, glassware, cookware and utensils are included. All linen is provided, and the beautifully furnished and appointed 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are serviced weekly. There is a laundry inside the apartment. Air conditioning is in the main living area. Fans are provided for bedrooms. Please note pool towels are not supplied. Blue Waters Apartments are 4 minutes' drive from Australia Fair Shopping Center, 12 minutes' drive from Sea World and 20 minutes' drive from the center of the Gold Coast. Gold Coast Airport is 1 hours' drive from the property. Please note we are a 3 story walk up building with NO elevators. All apartments have stair access and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Please note that all apartments are individually owned and furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. This property is now a NO SMOKING property, this includes on balconies, and anywhere inside the complex grounds.

We love getting out on the Broadwater with a Kayak or a Paddle Board. One of the best locations to launch a kiteboard or sailboard is right across the road, so you can go boarding in the morning and be back in time for breakfast when the kids wake up. It's also a great place to throw a line in and there is a boat ramp just down the road. It's also a great family day out to walk down to the Broadwater Parklands, there is an amazing free rockpool for the kids to paddle around, or they can wear themselves out on the jumping pillow and all the other fantastic playground equipment then cool off on the floating adventure playground at Aqua Splash.

We are situated in the perfect location for those who wish to be close to, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. We are no more than 10 to 15 minutes drive to ALL major theme parks, 8 minutes drive to Cavill Avenue and walking distance to the famous Broadwater Parklands and many restaurants and cafes, making us the perfect location for families. We are also very close to all of the sporting facilities and are able to handle large group bookings, so if you are coming to train or compete at any of these locations, this is the place you want to stay. Please note that apartments are only serviced weekly. Please note that all apartments are individually owned and furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Neighborhood info

Across the road we have a huge waterfront park that stretches all the way from Southport to the south up to Runaway Bay to the North. Walk out a front door , turn left and follow the water and in a few minutes you will be in front of the famous Charis fish and chips shop, with it's huge man made lagoon, perfect to have a morning swim, then at lunch time, grab some fish and chips and watch the 1pm wild pelican feeding, where 100's of wild pelicans converge on the beach to be fed. The kids can play in the playground while the adult relax, then head across the road to one of the many restaurants for dinner. Grab some Ice cream for the walk back.
