Many holiday apartments are privately owned, so the difference between two similar rooms in the same building can be significant and we all know the website photos will only show the best apartment! Additional cleaning fees apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check-ins or check-outs on Christmas day, New years day, or Easter Sunday.
