This two-storey, four-bedroom luxury home offers a spacious and comfortable stay for guests who want a relaxing and convenient coastal retreat. Upstairs, the light and airy living and dining area is complete with an 8-seater table, oversized L-shaped lounge and wall-mounted TV. Glass doors slide open to a large balcony with an outdoor table setting to enjoy meals alfresco while you take in stunning ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook up meals at home, including a breakfast bar, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and stove, as well as other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. A dedicated office allows for undisturbed meetings for those on a working holiday. Downstairs, you'll find a dedicated theatre room with plush sofa seating, plus a laidback lounge area that opens out to an undercover deck with sun loungers. Enjoy a wine at sunset, take a dip in the plunge pool or head down to the grassy backyard, where a fire pit is the perfect spot to gather on cooler evenings. Four bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. There are three bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and another with two king singles. The other bedroom downstairs sleeps four in a bunk bed with a single and a double bed, plus a trundle. Upstairs, you'll find the main bedroom which features a king bed and pristine ensuite with glass shower. The main bathroom features a shower and free-standing soaker bathtub, as well as all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. A powder room can also be found upstairs off the lounge area. Other conveniences include air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, parking for two cars, and in-laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

A 10-minute bush walk will take you directly to Moonee Beach for a day of surfing, or beachside picnic. Catherine Hill Bay Beach is less than 15 minutes' walk, while all the quaint streets and historic sights of this State Heritage Listed mining village are also within walking distance. There are several lookouts and many natural attractions nearby—don't miss the breathtaking views atop Wybung Head Lookout. Take a stroll out along the pier or pack a picnic and find a spot on this beautiful stretch of sand. The Catherine Hill Bay Hotel, known fondly as "Catho Pub", is a popular place for a hearty dinner by the seaside.
